“Everything was planned perfectly”
“From the very beginning the proposal all the way to the day to day itinerary everything was planned perfectly. I did not feel stressed at all trying to plan a wedding and honeymoon at the same time because Chelsea had every detail planned. It was nice to have her send suggestions of places to eat, things to do, and excursions to do. All we had to do was pick them and she booked it. It was very easy to access from my phone at any time during the trip if I needed to refer back to it.
Our stay at Haven Riviera Cancún was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. The staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Many restaurant choices, many bars and things to do. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would definitely stay there again.
The excursions you booked were a highlight of the trip! The Isla Mujeres catamaran boat day trip was cancelled on the original date we choose to go due to the wind speed being too high and them not letting anyone out on boats. But the next day was better weather so we canceled our excursion we had that day and rebooked the Isla trip since that was one of the things we really wanted to do, and it was well-organized, and the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Transportation was punctual and comfortable. We felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. I would definitely recommend Amigo Tours to other travelers. The transportation services with AMSTAR during our Cancun trip was good for the most part. Most of our drivers were punctual, professional, and very friendly. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and (most of them) air-conditioned, which made the rides really pleasant. We felt safe at all times, and everything ran smoothly from airport pickup to our excursions. Thank you for arranging such reliable transportation — it made our trip stress-free!
Because we stayed in the serenity club the extra restaurants that were just for those members were fantastic. We really enjoyed eating at those special restaurants. And also since we had the romance room, we specifically had a five course meal at one of those serenity club restaurants, and that was really great. The other restaurants and dining options you recommended were great! We loved the variety — there was a good mix of local flavors and nice atmospheres. We had excellent service and delicious food. It really added to our trip experience. Thank you for helping us find such great spots to eat!
