How do I request an itinerary idea?

Simply click this link to begin! From our website, you could also follow the “Itineraries” drop down in the header, then click “Itinerary Requests”. This brings you to a questionnaire where we get to know your wants and needs and learn specifics about your dream trip. Once we get the information from your form the process can begin!

What is the creation process of my itinerary?

After looking through our service offerings and gathering information about your trip, you can go to our Itinerary Request form and fill it out. After review, our team may need to contact you with any further questions or to get more information based on your inputs. After that, or if we have no further questions, we will send you a confirmation email that we have accepted you as a client! We’ll start by putting together a proposal with flight options, accommodation choices, and recommended activities for you to review. Once we’ve discussed and finalized the best options with you, we will create a detailed day-by-day itinerary, including activities, restaurant recommendations, and more. From there, our team will handle all the bookings, flights, accommodations, excursions, etc., to ensure a seamless trip!

How long will it take to receive my itinerary?

Our team works very hard and is busy creating dream trips for many groups at once. Currently it will take between 7-14 business days to complete your itinerary.

What if I want my itinerary sooner than 7-14 days?

You can contact our team to discuss options for a rushed itinerary. The details of your trip will determine a possible rush fee that can be best accommodated.

How far in advance should I book with you?

Our team would love to create the perfect itinerary for your trip and needs. Ideally, to take our time and perfect the details of your trip, we suggest booking with CURATEDBYCHELS 3-6 months in advance of your trip.

Do you only plan international trips?

Not at all! We can plan international, domestic, or staycation trips!

Can I set up a payment plan?

Absolutely! Not only do we recommend using our suggested payment plan, most of our clients use the payment plan option when using our services. The only package that includes a payment plan is The Ultimate Break.
