  • The CURATEDBYCHELS team is available for questions and concerns between the hours of 9am-5pm EST. This includes messages through our Instagram account, email, our website, and texts. Communication received outside of those hours will be responded to as soon as possible within the next business hours.

  • Large groups require more planning, organization and time to coordinate the best trip possible compared to smaller groups. Due to these factors, there are a few policies regarding larger parties.

    1. CURATEDBYCHELS is not accommodating groups larger than 8 people at this time. If you have a special request, please send us a contact form through our website.

    2. There is a limit of 2 payment plan types per trip.

    3. If the group is larger than 5 people, the parties payments must be sent together through the host.

  • Unfortunately CURATEDBYCHELS is not able to book accommodations of any kind. This is due to factors like the policies of Airbnb or hotel credit card restrictions, for example. They state that third parties cannot make reservations for others.

    However, our team is happy to still provide you with carefully selected options based on your preferences and budget, along with direct booking links for your convenience. Please ensure you have a valid Airbnb account to complete the reservation.

  • Here at CURATEDBYCHELS, we pride ourselves in being flexible and quick to adjust our planning process to accommodate your best interest for the trip! However payments are one of the aspects that are essential in a smooth planning process.

    1. If full payment is not made 30 days prior to departure, any bookings that have not been made are the responsibility of the host.

    2. After 2 missed/late payments, we reserve the right to stop the trip planning process until payments are caught up.

    3. There is a limit of 2 payment plan types per trip.

    4. If the group is larger than 5 people, the parties payments must be sent together through the host.

  • CURATEDBYCHELS is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, airline/route changes, or missed flights. The booked flight price will be reflected in your day-to-day itinerary. After the initial booking by our team, if rebooking is necessary that will be the responsibility of the host. For updates or questions about flight reservations , please contact your airline directly through their reservations team.

  • If you and your party would like to include multiple locations in your itinerary, we will be happy to accommodate that request for an additional fee of $50 per additional location.

  • If you would prefer to receive your itinerary in 1-3 business days rather than the standard 7-14 business day time frame, you may request a rush fee within 21 days of trip departure. The rush fee amount is dependent on your itinerary package- see prices below:
